学生思想政治工作是一个系统工程,加强对学生思想政治工作的管理,可以保证学校思想政治工作稳定有序地开展,从而保障学校优良教学环境的形成及学生自身素质的培养。中职院校的学生因为群体差异性大、普遍难于管理的特点,使得加强思想政治工作的要求更为迫切。管理目标的特定性、管理手段和方法的特殊性、管理对象角色的特殊性和管理环境的多变性构成了中职院校思想政治工作的特征。目标管理、制度管理、环境管理、队伍管理、宣传管理、课程管理、和危机管理构成了其主要内容。
Students’ ideological and political work is a systematic project to strengthen the management of students’ ideological and political work, so as to ensure that the ideological and political work in schools is conducted in a stable and orderly manner so as to ensure the formation of an excellent teaching environment and the cultivation of students’ own quality. Due to the large group differences and generally difficult to manage characteristics of students in secondary vocational schools, making the requirements of strengthening ideological and political work more urgent. The particularity of management objectives, the particularity of management tools and methods, the particularity of the role of management object and the variability of management environment constitute the characteristics of ideological and political work in secondary vocational schools. Goal management, institutional management, environmental management, team management, advocacy management, curriculum management, and crisis management constitute the main contents.
