新时期的高校发展越来越规范化,高校工会在高校中占据的地位越来越重要,起到的作用也越来越大,高校工会为教职工服务,是党联系教职工的桥梁和纽带,代表着广大教职工的利益,将维护教职工利益为己任。随着时代的发展,新时期的社会环境对高校的党建工作提出了更高的要求,各级高校必须不断创新党建工作,研究出“党建带工建的工作思路,最大限度的发挥高校工会的作用。本文主要对新时期高校”党建带工建“工作进行分析、研究,并提出新的高校”党建带工建“工作路径,以使高校工会能更高效的为教职工服务。
The development of colleges and universities in the new era is more and more standardized.
