本文总结了1979—1982年期间在海面油溢波谱特性和航空遥感监测方法的研究方面所取得的主要成果。遥感实验中,使用多光谱航空像机、闭路电视系统、红外扫描仪和成像微波辐射计等传感器,对海面油膜的实时发现、成像记录、面积计算、污染源的判断和油膜扩散过程的观测等课题进行了研究,获得初步成果。航空遥感资料还被用于评价局部海区海面漂油状况,亦获得较好效果。文中还提出在此领域内待解决的问题。
This article summarizes the major achievements made during the period 1979-1982 in the study of the oil spill spectrum of the sea surface and the method of airborne remote sensing monitoring. In the remote sensing experiment, such topics as real-time discovery of sea oil film, imaging record, area calculation, judgment of pollution source and observation of oil film diffusion process are carried out by using multi-spectrum aerial camera, CCTV system, infrared scanner and imaging microwave radiometer and other sensors Conducted a study to obtain preliminary results. Aeronautical remote sensing data are also used to evaluate the situation of sea surface oil drifting in partial sea area and also obtain better results. The article also proposed in this area to be solved.
