随着中国改革开放的深入,人民生活方式的优化,交通方式的革命,建设材料的进步,信息通讯的发展,新的价值观反映在新的需要上。住宅建筑设计思路、设计方向正发生着日新月异的变化。 在商品住宅的建设中,高层住宅使我们的城市“长高”了,崭新的外立面使我们的城市漂亮了。其中高层建筑的结构工艺及舒适的电梯使人们越来越青睐高层住宅。而在多层住宅中,由于住宅设计的景观要求与智能化设施,人们更多地采用“菜单式”装修模式,这就对住宅建筑的各个层面提出了更高、更严的要求。本文就住宅门框的设置及材料向人们提出了一些新的选用类型。
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the optimization of the people’s way of life, the revolution in transportation methods, the progress of construction materials, and the development of information and communication, new values are reflected in new needs. The design ideas and design directions of residential buildings are changing with each passing day. In the construction of commercial housing, high-rise residential buildings have made our cities grow taller. The new facade has made our city beautiful. Among them, the structure of high-rise buildings and comfortable elevators make people more and more interested in high-rise residential buildings. In multi-storey residential buildings, due to the landscape requirements and intelligent facilities of residential design, people adopt more “menu-style” decoration modes, which puts forward higher and stricter requirements for all aspects of residential buildings. This article puts forward some new types of selection for people’s doorframes and materials.
