应用数字减影泪道造影对 10 7例鼻泪管支架植入的泪道阻塞患者进行检查。结果发现泪总管阻塞患者9只眼 ;阻塞部位在泪囊颈部以上的 12只眼 ,以下的 86只眼。阻塞部位在泪囊水平的患者能进行鼻泪管支架植入 ,术后泪道能保持通畅 ,溢泪症状有所改善。提示鼻泪管支架植入前行数字减影泪道造影有助于鼻泪管支架植入适应证的选择及疗效的评估。
Digital subtraction lacrimal duct radiography was performed on 107 cases of lacrimal duct obstruction implanted with nasolacrimal duct stents. As a result, it was found that there were 9 eyes of the obstruction of the tear tube, 12 eyes of the obstruction site above the neck of the lacrimal sac, and the following 86 eyes. Patients with obstructive sites at the level of the lacrimal sac could implant nasolacrimal duct stents and postoperative lacrimal duct patency improved symptoms of overflow tears. It is suggested that digital subtraction lacrimal ductography in nasolacrimal duct stents is helpful for the selection of indications for nasolacrimal duct stenting and assessment of curative effect.
