孤独肾是泌尿系较罕见的一种先天性畸形,临床上多无明显症状,往往由于偶发的症状进行泌尿系检查或诊疗时方被发现。我院曾遇1例。患者男性,30岁,以间歇性全血尿伴尿频、尿急、尿痛2—3年,且进行性加重于1979年11月8日以“肾结核”之诊断收入院。自述2—3年前即有间歇性全血尿,伴膀胱刺激症状。无浮肿及其他不适,服中药后症状可暂时缓解。近2月来再次发作,尿频、尿急、尿痛等症状渐加剧。排尿白天10—12次,夜间
