上海普教战线的教育科研工作20多年以来,得到持续健康的发展,取得令人瞩目的成绩。具体表现为:研究内容不断拓展,研究水平不断提高,取得了一大批丰硕的科研成果,既丰富了教育科学的理论宝库,更对教育改革的实践发挥了“助推器”的作用。上海市教委1997年建立命名了首批市级教育科学研究基地,并给这些基地提出了四个方面的工作要求:一是
