金某某,女,62岁。农民。自1979年初始腹泻,夹杂未消化食物,每日10余次,无腹痛,经当地卫生院予中西结合治疗而愈。尔后稍进油腻或生冷则诱发,未予介意,亦未系统治疗。继而出现纳差、头晕、气短,乏力,大便时气坠,前阴出声等症,经多方治疗,效果欠佳,故于1985年10月8日来我院住院治疗。入院时,证见大便稀溏,4～6次/日。完谷不化,纳差、头晕、气短、乏力、大便时气坠,前阴出
