十字花科植物菘蓝是常用中药大青叶、板蓝根的主要来源。其叶也是加工中药青黛的原料,在我国各地广为栽培,是重要的药用植物。研究了菘蓝幼苗茎段离体组织培养方法,得到了较满意的结果,为其优良品种的快速繁殖提供了新的途径,现报道如下。一、材料和方法
