本文采用银量法、中和法、分光光度法测定盐酸达克罗宁溶液的含量。我们将三种检测方法进行了方差分析，结果表明有显著性差异（ｐ＜０．０５）。
In this paper, the amount of silver, neutralization, spectrophotometric determination of dacronine hydrochloride solution. We performed ANOVA on the three test methods and the results showed significant differences (p <0.05).
