患者男,27岁,住院号2587。临床诊断心肌炎后遗症。患者3年前体检发现心律不齐,但无自觉症状。在院外检查除心电图异常外未见其他异常。无晕厥和抽搐史。体检:血压104/68mmHg。肺(-),心界无扩大,心音正常,无瓣膜杂音。心律不齐,快慢交替,与呼吸周期无关,屏气时心律无改变。肝脾未触及。血及尿常规检查正常。血沉4mm/h;抗“O”
Male patient, 27 years old, hospital number 2587. Clinical diagnosis of myocarditis sequelae. 3 years ago the patient found irregular heartbeat, but no symptoms. In addition to abnormal ECG examination outside the hospital no other abnormalities. No history of syncope and convulsions. Physical examination: blood pressure 104 / 68mmHg. Lung (-), no expansion of heart, heart sounds normal, no valve noise. Arrhythmia, speed alternation, has nothing to do with the respiratory cycle, no changes in heart rate when the breath hold.
