目的探讨孕激素介导uPA治疗卵巢癌的可能机制。方法传代培养人卵巢癌细胞HO-8910,应用Western blot方法检测对照组(未加孕激素组)和加入含有不同浓度孕激素培养液处理组,作用72 h后对人卵巢癌细胞HO-8910 uPA表达的影响。结果 Western blot实验结果表明孕激素能够抑制uPA的表达,呈浓度依赖性。结论孕激素对卵巢癌细胞有抑制作用并且抑制人卵巢癌细胞uPA的表达,提示孕激素用于卵巢癌的辅助治疗可能介导对uPA的影响起作用。
Objective To explore the possible mechanism of progesterone-mediated uPA in the treatment of ovarian cancer. Methods Human ovarian cancer cell line HO-8910 was subcultured. The expression of HO-8910 uPA in human ovarian cancer cell line HO-8910 was detected by Western blot in the control group (without progestin group) and the medium containing different concentrations of progesterone. The impact of expression. Results Western blot results showed that progesterone can inhibit uPA expression in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusions Progesterone can inhibit ovarian cancer cells and inhibit the expression of uPA in human ovarian cancer cells, suggesting that the adjuvant treatment with progesterone in ovarian cancer may mediate the influence of uPA.
