随着新课改的不断推进,初中班级管理工作也应该改变相应的方法,紧贴时代的潮流,从而使班级管理工作的实行更加有利于学生的发展,能够更好的为学生服务。作者结合教学实践,认为要想搞好初中班级的管理工作就要切实考虑学生的需求,制定符合学生发展的工作方针。
With the continuous advancement of new curriculum reform, junior middle school class management should also change the corresponding method, close to the trend of the times, so that the implementation of class management is more conducive to the development of students, to better serve their students. According to the teaching practice, the author thinks that if we want to improve junior middle school management, we must consider the needs of the students and formulate the working guidelines in line with the students’ development.
