当今世界上能源短缺,不能再生产,因此各国都把节能,开发新能源作为科研课题。在我国也引起了各级领导的重视。冶金部是我国耗能大户,而均热炉又是冶金部重点耗能设备,(约有300座均热炉),每吨钢的耗能是世界上先进国家的2.6倍,所以均热炉的节能意义很大。本系统在均热炉的烧钢过程中通过数字模型的计算,控制烧钢时间,节能达10000卡/吨钢,还可减少钢锭烧损,提高烧钢质量。本系统还具有钢锭烧好予测,交叉限制并联串级燃烧控制、氧化锆烟气残氧测量、闭环修正空燃比等功能。该系统每年仅节省能源一项就可节资达65万元人民币。
