随机选取子宫内膜腺癌、内膜不典型增生和内膜增生过长标本46例,应用图象分析技术进行AgNORs形态定量及以免疫组化法对雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)含量作检测。结果表明:图象分析AgNORs颗粒大小、形态、分布结合颗粒面积、平均面积的综合分析评价,较光镜检查人工计数更客观、精确、可靠地反映细胞增殖情况。再结合ER,PR含量检测对子宫内膜癌的诊断有一定价值。
Randomly selected 46 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma, atypical hyperplasia and intimal hyperplasia, AgNORs morphology was quantified by image analysis technique and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor Body (PR) content for testing. The results showed that the image analysis AgNORs particle size, morphology, distribution combined with the particle area, the average area of a comprehensive analysis and evaluation, compared with manual counting count more light microscope to reflect more objectively, accurately and reliably reflect cell proliferation. Combined with ER, PR detection of endometrial cancer diagnosis has some value.
