A randomized controlled study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy and side effects of fleroxacin by using fleroxacin in the treatment of 63 cases of various acute bacterial infections and comparing with 6 cases of ofloxacin treated patients. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection Select a variety of acute bacterial infections in patients 18 to 69 years of age, all cases were clinically and bacteriologically confirmed bacterial infection
