离子NC加S多元共渗件的表面元素分布规律

本文应用离子探针和俄歇谱仪研究了离子SNC共渗试样表面的S、O、Ti、Cr、Mn、Ca等元素的分布规律,找出了影响元素分布规律的主要因素。

In this paper, ion probe and Auger spectroscopy were used to study the distribution of S, O, Ti, Cr, Mn, Ca and other elements on the surface of SNC infiltrated sample. The main factors affecting the distribution of elements were found out.
