目的识别与分析靖江市电镀集中区废水处理工程建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,论证该建设项目职业防护措施的可行性。方法采用工程分析、类比和检查表法相结合的原则进行分析和评价。结果该建设项目生产过程中可能产生的主要化学有害因素有絮凝剂粉尘、氢氧化钠、硫酸、盐酸、硫化氢、氨、氰化氢、臭氧、铬及其化合物、镍及其化合物;类比检测结果均符合职业卫生限值标准,危害程度为0级(相对无害作业)。类比检测物理因素为噪声(曝气池、风机房),其结果均未达到作业危害分级水平(安全作业)。结论靖江市电镀集中区废水处理项目属于职业病危害风险严重项目,在总体布局、生产工艺、建筑卫生、职业病防护设施等方面符合规范标准要求。
Objective To identify and analyze the possible occupational hazards and hazards of Jingjiang electroplating wastewater treatment project and demonstrate the feasibility of occupational protective measures in this project. Methods The methods of engineering analysis, analogy and checklist were combined to analyze and evaluate. Results The main chemical hazards that may occur in the production process of the project are flocculant dust, sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, ozone, chromium and its compounds, nickel and its compounds; The results are in line with occupational health limits, the level of harm is 0 (relatively harmless operation). The physical factors of analogical detection were noise (aeration tank and fan room), and the results did not reach the level of operational hazard classification (safe operation). Conclusions Jingjiang Electroplating Concentration Area Wastewater Treatment Project belongs to serious risk of occupational disease risk, and meets the standard requirements in terms of overall layout, production technology, building health, occupational disease protection facilities and so on.
