粗孔爆破法在我矿是一项重大的技术改革,它是开展技术革新运动和技术表演赛的结果。它的特点是:爆破力量大,节约原材料,而且改善了劳动条件。一、具体的改进办法:1.将钎子的花刃放宽,由过去的直径40毫米,放宽到直径15毫米,开眼纤是直径46毫米。炮孔的载面面积就由过去的1256平方毫米扩大到1590平方毫米,扩大了23.5%,从而装药深度减少1/3,装药就更集中于炮孔下部,爆破的内抵抗线(内载)随着放大,由原来细孔爆破的1—1.5米放大到2—3.5米,从而充分的发挥了爆破威力。2.插钎方法:主要是打上线、中线、石头线三匹,在上线匹和中线匹之间、中线匹和石头线匹之间排列
