一、一年多来人民调解工作的基本情况(一)加强人民调解组织建设,发展人民调解工作网络首先,按照“三个文件”的要求,大力整顿、规范现有人民调解组织,重点加强村、居人民调解委员会建设。各地按照“五有”“四落实”标准,对村(居)调委会进行整顿。截止到去年底,全国共整顿人民调解组织33万个,更换、改选调解人员400多万人,分别占调解组织总数的38%和50%。其次,积极建立乡镇、街道人民调解委员会。一年多来,全国已建立乡镇、街道人民调解委员会4万多
