Sudden death of the heart, also known as sudden death, usually occurs after the onset of acute symptoms, and is poorly documented; some within one hour, within six hours, or within 24 hours. The main cause of sudden cardiac death is due to electrical cardiomyopathy-based electrical instability or ECG-induced primary ventricular fibrillation. 75% of sudden death patients have coronary heart disease, 5% did not find any heart disease. Myers et al. Reported that in a group of 100 sudden deaths, autopsy results demonstrated that at least one of the 98% of the patients had a coronary occlusion of more than 75%: nearly 50% of the old myocardial infarctions were autopsy, and 70 were reported by Liberthson et al
