课间操是中小学作息制度中的常规体育活动,安排在上午第二、三节课之间,时间以20分钟为宜。课间活动的主要目的,是消除上课过程中的大脑疲劳和局部肌肉疲劳及保护视力等,对肌体能力进行调节,起到积极休息的作用。因此,科学实效地安排好课间操,能促进中小学生身体健康发展,还有利于进行德育教育,是发挥学校体育为素质教育服务的一个有效途径。
Classroom exercise is a routine physical activity in the primary and secondary school routines. It is arranged between the second and third classes in the morning. The time is appropriate for 20 minutes. The main purpose of the activities between classes is to eliminate brain fatigue, local muscle fatigue, and protection of vision during class, and to adjust the body’s ability to play an active role in rest. Therefore, scientifically arranging inter-curricular exercises can promote the healthy development of primary and middle school students, and it is also conducive to moral education. It is an effective way for school sports to serve quality education.
