国内高校外语教师教育研究领域,主要以大学英语教师为对象,从教师素质、教学能力及教学实践探讨教师的专业发展,鲜有以科研为视点描绘教师专业发展的研究。本研究以3名国内硕士毕业的大学日语专业教师为对象,使用个人态度构造分析法(PAC分析法)以科研动因为切入点,调查教师在专业发展中所遇到的问题。结果显示3名教师喜欢研究,研究的出发点均为改善教学回馈教学,但对量化的科研指标表示反感,把研究分成为应付考核指标进行的被动研究和从感兴趣的问题点出发的主动研究。时间和资料的不足以及正确的研究方法是影响其研究的主要因素。
In the field of education and research of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities in our country, the author focuses on college English teachers and probes into the professional development of teachers from the perspectives of teachers ’qualities, teaching abilities and teaching practices. There is little research on teachers’ professional development from the perspective of scientific research. In this study, three Chinese university graduates of Japanese professional teachers for the object, the use of personal attitude tectonic analysis (PAC analysis) to scientific research motivation as an entry point to investigate teachers in professional development problems encountered. The results show that the three teachers like to study. The starting point of the research is to improve the teaching feedback teaching, but to the disagreement of quantitative research indicators, the research is divided into passive research to meet the assessment indicators and active research from the point of interest. The lack of time and data and the correct method of research are the main factors affecting their research.
