测定与比较了三种培养料栽培的姬松茸子实体氨基酸含量,结果表明,姬松茸含有丰富的八种人体必需氨基酸、支链氨基酸和谷氨酸,而芳香族氨基酸的含量较低。
The results showed that Agaricus Blazei Murrill was rich in eight essential amino acids, branched-chain amino acids and glutamic acid, while the content of aromatic amino acids was low.
