长期以来,在体育教育目标上存在着体质论和技能论两种不同的观点。体质论强调学校体育应以增强学生体质为唯一目标,技能论则强调传授运动技能为唯一目标。实践证明实施这些目标都不曾收到理想的效果。究其原因,是因为以运动技能为目标,对于不以体育为专业的广大学生来说显然是不需要的,也为以学习文化科学知识为主的绝大多数学生在时间和精力上不可能做得到的,学校也根本不可能提供足够的场地和器材让学生练习运动技能。以增强体质为目标,本来是无可厚非的,但是如果把增强体质作为体育教学的总体目标,在实践上将误导体育课的教学。本文结合当前素质教育与终身体育思想发展的大好机遇,对当前体育教育发展趋势进行分析,试图从幼师体育教学和课外体育活动两个方面进行全新的思考,以期对幼师体育教学改革与课外体育改革做出积极的贡献。
For a long time, there are two different viewpoints on physical education and skills in physical education goals. Physique emphasizes that physical education in schools should be based on the enhancement of students’ physique as its sole goal. Skill theory emphasizes the imparting of athletic skills as the sole goal. Practice has proved that the implementation of these goals have not received the desired results. The reason for this is that it is obviously unnecessary for the majority of students who are not majoring in sports to take sports skills as their goal, and it is also impossible for the vast majority of students who are mainly based on learning cultural science knowledge to spend time and energy It is impossible for schools to provide sufficient space and equipment for students to practice motor skills. To enhance physical fitness as a goal, was understandable, but if the overall physical education to enhance physical fitness as a goal, in practice, will mislead the teaching of physical education. Based on the great opportunity of development of current quality education and lifelong physical education, this paper analyzes the current development trend of physical education and tries to make a new thinking from the two aspects of physical education and extracurricular physical activity in preschool education. Sports reform to make a positive contribution.
