一前言跃进牌汽车纵梁系用5毫米厚的16MnL钢板冲压而成。由于该钢板带状组织级别高,冲压性能较差,甚至符合YB149-70技术条件的钢板,往往在冲制纵梁时也产生裂缝。为了防止冲裂,不得不在冲制纵梁前采取对冷变形较大的部位做局部退火处理。既费工费时,又影响质量。上钢三厂在轧制5毫米厚的16MaL钢板时,由于厚度偏薄等诸原因,其带状组织级别之高,比起5毫米以上厚度的16MnL钢板来,显得格外突出,致使生产合格率低,管理困难。鉴于以上情况,上钢三厂与我厂均认为极需提高16MnL钢板的质量,同时还应该在多年生产使用16MnL钢板的基础上,研试出新的符合我国资源情况的冷冲压汽车车架用的普通低合金钢,以适应国民经济发展的需要。
