农村土地承包经营是学术界研究农村土地问题乃至“三农”问题的一个热点,其发展的趋势必然决定着我国新型农村建设的成与败。但由于农村土地承包经营在流转、征收补偿、非农化等方面还存在诸多问题,所以本研究主要从当下的农村土地承包经营入手,对农村土地承包经营进行深入研究,及时的掌握我国农村土地承包经营现状的第一手资料,为农村土地承包经营的进一步改革与发展提供强有力的实践基础与数据支撑。
Contracting management of rural land is a hot spot in academia to study the problems of rural land and even the issue of “agriculture, farmers and rural areas”. The development trend of rural land must decide the success or failure of building new rural areas in our country. However, there are still many problems in rural land contractual management such as circulation, requisition compensation and non-agriculturalization. Therefore, this study starts from the current contractual management of rural land, conducts an in-depth study on rural land contractual management, and grasps the rural land The first-hand information on the status quo of contracting operations provides a strong practical basis and data support for the further reform and development of rural land contracting and management.
