我国加入世贸组织后,发达国家的技术壁垒已成为阻碍农产品出口的重要因素。分析了国外对我国农产品出口实施技术壁垒的特点,阐述了如何突破国外技术壁垒,促进农产品出口。
After China’s accession to the WTO, the technical barriers in developed countries have become an important factor hindering the export of agricultural products. It analyzes the foreign characteristics of the implementation of technical barriers to the export of agricultural products in China, and expounds how to break through the foreign technical barriers and promote the export of agricultural products.
