采用铸造的锻模毛坯代替锻坯是低降锻模价格极为有效的途经之一[1,2]。铸造可使机械加工的余量减少,从而降低锻模钢的消耗量。然而,由于铸造金属的质量不高,用普通铸造方法制造锻模毛坯尚不能得到广泛应用。用双层铸造法制造锻模毛坯,可大大减少锻模钢的消耗。这种锻模的工作部份用模具钢,而燕尾部份则采用较便宜的碳钢或合金钢[3]。由日丹诺夫重型机器厂设计并与工艺科学研究所一起在利用电渣加热法(法)
The use of cast forging blank instead of forging billet is a very effective method for lowering the price of a forging die [1,2].
