患者,男,54岁,因反复发作性右上腹痛5年伴右肩部痛,加重半月入院.既往史:多次B超诊断为“慢性胆囊炎、胆囊结石”,否认有肝炎、结核病史.
The patient, male, 54 years old, had recurrent right upper quadrant pain for 5 years with right shoulder pain and aggravated by half a month .Past history: B-ultrasound was diagnosed as chronic cholecystitis and gallstones many times, denied history of hepatitis and tuberculosis.
