陈顺兴,今年43岁,现任河南兴豫税务师、会计师两家事务所有限公司董事长兼总经理,他曾任河南省税务局税政三处副处长、涉外处处长、河南省国税局办公室主任等职。去年5月,这位有着国家财政学硕士学位,又有十几年处级资历的干部毅然放弃仕途,脱离国家税务机关,成为全国第一位走入市场的税务中介机构法人代表。他的工作与实践为我们当前机构改革中,干部如何面向市场发挥才智,带来了诸多启迪。改制后的河南兴豫事务所在陈顺兴的领导下,经过一年多时间的运营实践,不仅成为河南省同行业最大规模中介机构之一,同时做为行业代表,陈顺兴本人还被推选为中国税务咨询协会理事,机构运营显现出了勃勃生机,取得了良好的社会效益和应有的经济效益。日前,本刊记者走访了这位勇于“吃螃蟹”的人。
Chen Shunxing, 43, is currently the chairman and general manager of two taxation lawyers and accountants of Henan Xingyu. He was the deputy director of Taxation Bureau of the Taxation Bureau of Henan Province, the director of foreign affairs department, the office of the State Taxation Bureau of Henan Province Director and other staff. Last May, the cadre with a master’s degree in state finance and another 10 years of seniority resolutely gave up his career and left the country’s tax authorities as the first legal representative of the tax agency in the country to enter the market. His work and practice have brought a lot of enlightenment to cadres on how to market their talents in the current institutional reform. Under the leadership of Chen Shunxing, the transformed Henan Xingyu Office not only became one of the largest intermediaries in the industry in Henan Province but also served as the representative of the industry. Chen Shunxing himself was also elected as China’s taxation agent Consultative Association, institutional operations have shown great vitality and achieved good social benefits and due economic benefits.
