作者对7084颗牙齿的健康龈沟进行阻抗测量发现:健康牙龈沟阻抗值不因被检者的年龄、性别和测量部位不同而有显著差异。作者提出,中国人健康牙龈沟的阻抗正常值应以3.8KΩ为标准,高于3.8KΩ者为健康龈沟,低于3.8KΩ者为不健康龈沟。这些研究结果为应用龈沟阻抗测量辅助诊断牙周疾病以及观察牙周疾病的治疗效果奠定了基础。
The authors measured the impedance of healthy gingival sulcus in 7084 teeth. The results showed that the impedance value of healthy gingival sulcus did not differ significantly depending on the subjects' age, sex and measurement site. The authors suggest that the normal impedance of Chinese gingival sulcus should be 3.8KΩ, above 3.8KΩ for healthy gingival sulcus and below 3.8KΩ for unhealthy gingival sulcus. These findings provide a basis for the use of gingival sulcus impedance measurements to aid in the diagnosis of periodontal disease and to observe the effects of periodontal disease.
