前一段时间,农民负担过重引起了全社会的普遍关注,从中央到地方,各级政府都采取了有力的措施,收到了较好的效果。而“机关干部负担过重”却鲜为人知,少有人关注。目前,在一些地方,义务修路、扶贫攻坚、助残、救助下岗职工、植树绿化、“普九”、建桥、建开发区,甚至搞城市基础设施建设,都有机关干部的份,都要向机关干部摊派,而且摊派的项目越来越多、金额越来越大,让他们叫苦不迭,难以承受。
Some time ago, overburdening peasants aroused the widespread concern of the whole society. From the central authorities to local governments, all levels of government took effective measures and received good results. And “cadres overburdened organs” is little-known, few people concerned. At present, in some places, there are organs and cadres who volunteer to build roads, assist in tackling poverty, help the disabled, help laid-off workers, plant trees and green trees, build bridges, build development zones, and even build urban infrastructure. They must all be apportioned to the cadres of the government and more and more apportioned projects have been set up. The amount of these appraisals is getting bigger and bigger, making them complacent and unbearable.
