对人工均布小孔的多孔陶瓷板内城市燃气的预混燃烧进行了研究.讨论了作为目前上海城市煤气的主要成分CO、H2、CH4的反应动力学及其参数——活化能、频率因子等,建立了反应动力学方程.通过理论分析推导出燃气-空气预混气体的连续性方程、组分方程、能量方程、状态方程及多孔陶瓷的能量方程,建立了多孔陶瓷板中城市煤气预混式燃烧的数学模型.由数值计算得到多孔陶瓷板的板内固体温度分布,并与实验数据进行比较
The premixed combustion of city gas in a porous ceramic plate with small pores was performed. The reaction kinetics and its parameters - activation energy and frequency factor, which are the major components of Shanghai city gas, are discussed. The reaction kinetic equation is established. Through the theoretical analysis, the continuity equation, component equation, energy equation, state equation and energy equation of porous ceramic are deduced. The mathematical model of city gas premixed combustion in porous ceramic plate is established. The temperature distribution inside the porous ceramic plate was numerically calculated and compared with the experimental data
