为了考察旋流对冲压突扩燃烧室性能的影响,用变角旋流器进行了各种参数的燃烧实验。参数的变化范围是:旋流器角度0°~30°,燃烧室长细比Lc/D=1.5~3.0,进气道与燃烧室的面积比A_2/A_3=0.25~0.45,喷管喉道与燃烧室的面积比A_*/A_3=0.40~0.50。在Lc/D=3的所有结构方案中均测量了燃烧室壁面静压分布。为了确定局部气流角与旋流叶片安装角之间的关系以及何时发生局部中心回流区,在冷吹条件下测定了燃烧室入口流场。为测定各种旋流叶片安装角下的流动图案,用水洞流场显示法进行了流场研究。在旋流叶片安装角为0°、10°、20°、30°时,在透明石英燃烧室中用高速摄影记录了燃烧过程。旋流对冲压突扩燃烧室性能有显著的影响,并且与非旋流情况相比较使燃烧区的长度缩短二分之一。
In order to investigate the effect of swirling on the performance of stamped and flared combustion chamber, a variety of parameters of combustion experiments were carried out with a variable angle hydrocyclone. In order to determine the flow patterns of various swirl vane installation angles, the flow field was studied by using the flow field display method. The combustion process was recorded with high-speed photography in a clear quartz chamber at a swirl vane mounting angle of 0 °, 10 °, 20 °, 30 °. The swirling flow has a significant effect on the performance of the stamped combustion chamber and shortens the length of the combustion zone by one-half as compared to non-swirling conditions.
