Roberts and Castleman describe the morphology of human atrioventricular node, atrioventricular bundle and bundle branch. Remove the coronary sinus ostium, membrane, tricuspid valve septum and atrioventricular septa as a border. Then, on the frontal plane of the heart, serial sections are made from the right endocardial surface. Tissue sections made using this method have fewer slices than those previously described. A detailed description of the atrioventricular node, atrioventricular bundle and the outline of the bundle branches, and stored in the computer. Then the three-dimensional reconstruction of the structure is made by the computer and displayed on the oscilloscope, so the complete 3D image can be rotated out of the place
