团队教学法是由2名及2名以上教学人员参与、强调施教者和受教者之间的互动、同时强调教与学的共同作用的一种教学方式。昆士兰理工大学(QUT)图书情报学研究生课程(GDLIS)采用团队教学法,通过课程前的讨论、课程讨论设计、学生评价以及反馈等环节构成较为完整的团队教学实践。以此案例为借鉴,国内图书情报专业在教育改革之际应同步进行以团队教学为核心的教学方法改革,以适应学科教育发展。
Team teaching method is a teaching method involving two or more teaching staff, emphasizing the interaction between the teaching staff and the teaching staff, while emphasizing the common role of teaching and learning. QUT’s Library and Information Science Graduate Program (GDLIS) uses a team approach to teaching and learning through a combination of pre-curricular discussions, curriculum design, student evaluation, and feedback. With this case as a reference, the domestic library and information professional in the education reform should be synchronized to the teaching of the team as the core teaching methods to adapt to the development of academic education.
