目的 为探讨单光子发射计算机断层 (SPECT)脑血流灌注显像与脑电图 (EEG)联合应用在小儿癫痫及癫痫灶定位诊断中的价值。方法 选择 4 2例癫痫患者于末次发作 4 8h内行EEG及SPECT检查。结果 EEG异常率为 4 2 .8% ,SPECT异常率为 78.6 % ,EEG与SPECT定位病灶符合率为 6 3%。结论 联合应用SPECT及EEG可提高癫痫的诊断及癫痫病灶定位诊断的准确性
Objective To investigate the value of single photon emission computerized tomography (SPECT) perfusion imaging combined with electroencephalography (EEG) in the diagnosis of pediatric epilepsy and epileptic foci. Methods Forty two patients with epilepsy were selected for EEG and SPECT within 48 hours after the last episode. Results The abnormal rate of EEG was 42.8%, the abnormal rate of SPECT was 78.6%, and the coincidence rate of EEG and SPECT was 63.3%. Conclusion Combined application of SPECT and EEG can improve the diagnosis of epilepsy and the accuracy of diagnosis of epilepsy
