在八十年代中期,关于道德权利问题的研究曾经一度成为我国伦理学界关注的热点问题之一,并且形成了不同的观点和争论。但到了八十年代末期,这一讨论基本上冷了下来。经过近些年的不断思考,我仍然认为,在社会主义伦理学体系中,道德权利无论如何都是个很重要的基本范畴。我们要建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的新的道德体系,必须认真地给予这个问题以更多的关注和更深入的研究。
In the mid-1980s, the research on the issue of moral rights was once one of the hot issues that our ethics scholars paid close attention to, and formed different views and controversies. By the late 1980s, however, the discussion had basically cooled down. After years of constant thinking, I still think that moral rights are, in any event, a very important basic category in the socialist ethics system. If we want to establish a new moral system that is compatible with the socialist market economy, we must seriously give more attention to this issue and conduct more in-depth studies.
