为评价血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)对糖尿病肾病(DN)伴肾功能不全的疗效,我们作了如下研究。材料与方法:DN伴肾功能不全患者24例,男18例,女6例,年龄35～65岁。本组病例均患糖尿病10年以上,伴持续性蛋白尿(尿蛋白>0.5g/24h)、高血压及肾功能不全,无引起蛋白尿的其它因素,巯甲丙脯酸(CPT)治疗前血糖控制良好,常规低蛋白饮食。治疗前先测Bp、BUN、SCr、CCr、24 h尿蛋
To assess the efficacy of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) on diabetic nephropathy (DN) with renal insufficiency, we made the following studies. Materials and Methods: DN patients with renal insufficiency in 24 patients, 18 males and 6 females, aged 35 to 65 years.
