Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, October 28 Recently, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued the Notice on Earnestly Studying and Carrying out the “Guidelines for the Integrity and Self-discipline of the Chinese Communist Party” and the “Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions by the Communist Party of China”. The full text is as follows. On October 18, 2015, the CPC Central Committee issued the “Guidelines for the Integrity and Self-discipline of the Chinese Communist Party” (the “Guidelines”) and the “Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China” (the “Regulations”). The promulgation and implementation of the “Guidelines” and the “Regulations” are formulated under the conditions of the party’s long-term governance and the principle of administering the country by law in all its aspects.
