前苏联著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基说:“教育技巧的全部在于如何去爱护学生。”我国著名小学教育家丁有宽说过:“没有爱就没有教育,爱就是根。”爱是人类永恒的文明,爱是教育的前提,没有爱就没有教育的耐心和信心。有了爱,学生才能健康成长,同时尊重是爱的最本质体现,作为教师要使学生懂得自尊就千万不能伤害他们的自尊。教育学生必须讲究方法,尤其是对调皮学生的教育,千万不能伤害他们的自尊。
