目的:探讨鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻部疾患术后患者的疼痛程度、影响因素及护理效果。方法:将我科收治的374例经临床诊断为各种鼻部疾病患者的临床资料及术后疼痛的护理措施进行了回顾性分析。结果:本组所有鼻内镜术后患者均有不同程度的疼痛,但经过临床有效治疗与护理,患者疼痛症状明显减轻或消失并治愈出院。结论:鼻内镜下手术治疗患者鼻部疾病,其具有安全有效、病变清除彻底、微创及手术时间短、避免面部切口、术后并发症少等优点,因此加强鼻内窥镜术后患者的术前心理护理和术后综合护理,可明显减轻患者的疼痛感,从而提高患者的舒适度,促使其早日康复。
Objective: To investigate the degree, influencing factors and nursing effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with nasal diseases. Methods: The clinical data of 374 cases diagnosed as nasal diseases in our department and the nursing measures of postoperative pain were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery had varying degrees of pain. However, after effective clinical treatment and nursing, the pain symptoms of patients were relieved or disappeared and were cured. Conclusion: Nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with nasal diseases, which is safe and effective, complete removal of lesions, minimally invasive and shorter operative time, to avoid facial incision, postoperative complications and less advantages, thus strengthening the endoscopic sinus surgery patients Preoperative psychological care and postoperative comprehensive care, can significantly reduce the patient’s pain, thereby enhancing patient comfort and promote their early recovery.
