本研究用内皮素-1(ET-1)引起动物的急性死亡、升压及编血管作用为模型,以评价中草药桔抗ET生物效能,并用红背丝绸醇提物在该模型上进行了验证。结果表明,红背丝绸醇提物能减少ET-1引起的小鼠死亡数并延长死亡时间、降低ET-1的升压效应,并在体外有桔抗ET-1的缩血管作用。提示中草药具有桔抗内皮素-1的效能。
In this study, acute death, ascending blood pressure and angiogenesis induced by endothelin-1 (ET-1) were used as models to evaluate the bio-efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine anti-ET and validated on this model with red-backed silk alcohol extract . The results showed that the alcohol extract of red silk could reduce the number of mice killed by ET-1 and prolong the death time, reduce the vasopressor effect of ET-1 and inhibit the vasoconstriction of ET-1 in vitro. Tip Chinese herbal medicine with anti-endothelin-1 efficacy.
