党的十四届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强社会主义精神文明建设若干重要问题的决议》指出:如何在深化改革、建立社会主义市场经济体制的条件下,形成有利于社会主义现代化建设的共同理想、价值观念和道德规范,防止和遏制腐朽思想和丑恶现象的滋长蔓延,这是在社会主义现代化进程中必须认真解决的一个历史性课题.而探讨和推动社会主义市场经济条件下的经济伦理建设,则是解决这一重大历史性课题的重要内容.社会主义市场经济孕育和催生了新的经济伦理,而新经济伦理又成为经济发展的精神动力,并约束、规范其健康发展的重要手段.加强新经济伦理建设,对于社会主义市场经济新秩序的形成,对于推动社会文明的进步,发挥着越来越大的作用.
The “Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Important Issues concerning the Strengthening of the Construction of Socialist Spiritual Civilization” adopted by the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party states: How to form a socialist economy conducive to the socialist modernization drive under the conditions of deepening reform and establishing a socialist market economic system Common sense, values and moral norms to prevent and curb the growth of the decadent ideology and the ugly phenomenon, which is a historic issue that must be seriously solved in the process of socialist modernization and to explore and promote the socialist market economy The construction of economic ethics is an important part of the solution to this major historic issue, which has given birth to and inspired a new economic ethic which has become the spiritual driving force for economic development and bound and regulated its sound development Important means to strengthen the new economic ethic construction, for the formation of a new socialist market economy order to promote the progress of social civilization, playing an increasingly important role.
