通过对87名3-5岁儿童尺骨远1/3处骨矿含量、骨密度及头发中钙、磷、锌、镁、铜等元素含量的测定,发现骨矿含量与发中元素水平无显著相关;骨密度与发中锌含量呈负相关,与钙、镁、磷有负相关趋势,与发铜有正相关趋势。此结果提示发钙与体内钙营养状态无平行关系,不能简单地用发中元素含量评价体内矿物质的营养状态,否则可能得出完全相反的结论。
