在国家建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的形势下,高校作为社会的重要组成部分,建设节约型大学是社会发展的需要,更是高校实现可持续发展的需要。本文针对目前高校财务管理在节约型大学建设中存在的问题进行了分析,指出财务管理在节约型大学建设中的重要作用,并从完善财务制度建设、建立科学的预算管理体制、加强资金使用监督、强化成本意识、提高现存资源使用效益、优化资金筹措方式、树立财务人员节约及理财理念等财务管理工作诸多方面,对高校节约型大学的建设提出了几点积极的建议。
Under the condition of building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society in our country, colleges and universities, as an important part of society, need to build a conservation-oriented university for social development. It is also the need of colleges and universities to achieve sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the construction of a conservation-oriented university in colleges and universities, this paper points out the important role of financial management in the construction of a conservation-oriented university. From the perspective of perfecting the financial system, establishing a scientific budget management system and strengthening supervision over the use of funds , Strengthening cost awareness, improving the efficiency of the use of existing resources, optimizing the mode of fund raising, setting up the financial management of financial staff and financial management concepts, and putting forward some positive suggestions on the construction of a conservation-oriented university in colleges and universities.
