目的:掌握婺城区某乡镇免疫规划疫苗接种工作情况,加强对免疫规划工作的监测和评价,为制订相应的免疫规划策略提供科学依据。方法:通过对浙江省免疫规划信息管理系统婺城区某乡镇社区卫生服务中心接种门诊和流动儿童信息收集登记月报表等资料进行统计分析。结果:本地儿童卡介苗接种率98.2%、脊髓灰质炎疫苗接种率97.7%、百白破疫苗接种率95.8%、麻疹疫苗(包括其他含麻疹疫苗成分的疫苗)接种率97.3%、乙肝疫苗接种率97.1%、乙脑疫苗接种率97.5%、流脑疫苗接种率96.2%,7苗接种合格率95.5%。流动儿童卡介苗接种率92.9%、脊髓灰质炎疫苗接种率91.3%、百白破疫苗接种率89.7%、麻疹疫苗(包括其他含麻疹疫苗成分的疫苗)接种率91.5%、乙肝疫苗接种率90.2%、乙脑疫苗接种率97.2%、流脑疫苗接种率89.5%,7苗接种合格率89.5%,明显低于本地儿童。结论:流动儿童接种率较前几年有显著提高,但仍与本地儿童有较大差距,麻疹疫苗和脊髓灰质炎疫苗加强接种率较高与大面积强化普种有关,流动儿童接种和信息化管理有待进一步加强。
OBJECTIVE: To grasp the immunization program vaccination work in a township of Wucheng District, strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of immunization planning work and provide a scientific basis for formulating the corresponding immunization strategy. Methods: Statistical analysis was conducted on the monthly reports on the information collection and registration of outpatient clinics and floating children in a community health service center of a town in Wucheng District of Zhejiang Province for the immunization planning information management system. Results: The rate of BCG immunization among local children was 98.2%, the rate of poliomyelitis vaccine was 97.7%, that of diphtheria toxoid vaccine was 95.8%, that of measles vaccine (including other vaccines containing measles vaccine) was 97.3% and that of hepatitis B vaccine was 97.1% %, JE vaccination rate of 97.5%, meningitis vaccination rate of 96.2%, 7 seedlings vaccination rate of 95.5%. The vaccination rate of measles vaccine (including other vaccines containing measles vaccine) was 91.5%, the vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine was 90.2%, the vaccination rate of migrant children was 92.9%, the rate of poliomyelitis vaccination was 91.3%, the incidence of measles vaccine was 89.7% Japanese encephalitis vaccination rate of 97.2%, meningitis vaccination rate of 89.5%, 7 seedlings vaccination rate of 89.5%, significantly lower than the local children. Conclusion: The vaccination rate of migrant children has increased significantly compared with previous years, but there is still a big gap with local children. The higher vaccination rate of measles vaccine and polio vaccine is related to the large-scale intensive vaccination. The vaccination and informationization of migrant children Management needs to be further strengthened.
