新生入学教育作为起点教育,起到引导学生适应大学生活、树立学习和发展目标、确保学生身心健康、培养学生良好行为习惯、建设优良学风校风等作用。学校在新生入学教育工作中应坚持服务育人理念、完善管理机制、丰富教育形式,为高职院校的人才培养工程打下坚实基础。
Freshmen’s education as a starting point for education, to guide students to adapt to university life, establish learning and development goals, to ensure that students physical and mental health, develop good behavior habits of students, construction of good style of study ethics and so on. The school should adhere to the concept of serving and educating people, improve the management mechanism and enrich the forms of education in freshmen education, so as to lay a solid foundation for personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
