随着大型企业的改革,石油销售企业经过重组、整合,实现了企业集团化经营与专业化管理,这给企业集团的财务管理工作带来了新的挑战。文章结合石油销售企业的财会工作特点,分析其财会人员管理模式,探讨新的模式,研究了财会人员实施委派制的思路。
With the reform of large-scale enterprises, the oil sales enterprises have undergone restructuring and integration to realize the group management and professional management of the enterprises, which brings new challenges to the financial management of the enterprise groups. Combined with the characteristics of the accounting sales of petroleum sales enterprises, this article analyzes the management mode of accounting staff, discusses the new mode, and studies the thinking of the accountants in implementing the appointment system.
